Rules on Making Topics

I know that a lot of you probably know how to make new topics. However, we have rules with making topics here.
You must PM either Cameron or myself if you wish to make a new topic that would be used to role play in. The reason is because we want to keep the place nice and neat. But also because the setting takes place on an island that a school was built on(if you've ever heard of Gakuen Heaven, it's based off that.)

So, you must have a topic approved by either Cameron or myself if you wish to make one. You must PM us what the title of the topic will be and the description of it. Make sure the description is nice and clear because we have it set so that it will always be there. That way everyone always knows what the place looks like and such.

Keep in mind though that I said only the role play topics had to be approved. In the OOC category, you can make whatever you want as long as you follow the rules.
